If you think you know best then great do your thing, all the more power to you. That's what the globo gyms are there for. If you use the services of a coach then follow the plan... Talk to ur coach if u have questions Work the plan as hard as possible , be patient, be consistent A coach is there to see the big picture, monitor progress, make things as safe as possible and keep u accountable But to jump off the plan on and off as you please is both a waste of your progress and your coaches time.
