New Equipment arrivals at the Hangar Gym The Prone Row Bench – Olympic Bench – Belt Squat I’m like a kid in a candy store! Last week I drove to Toronto and back to pick up these 3 piece. Coach Andrew and Aidan met me back at the Hangar around 11:30 pm to put them together! By Midnite we were working out on these kick ass pieces of equipment! Bench Training From Tuesday July 19th 2016 - Video
Board Press and Close Grip Incline press. Focusing on Triceps and Lockout power. Goal over the next 5-6 weeks is to board press 600 lbs. I feel my stall point is just below the lockout point where the triceps have to take over! Want to focus on my mid press to lock out portions of the bar path. If you think you know best then great do your thing, all the more power to you. That's what the globo gyms are there for. If you use the services of a coach then follow the plan... Talk to ur coach if u have questions Work the plan as hard as possible , be patient, be consistent A coach is there to see the big picture, monitor progress, make things as safe as possible and keep u accountable But to jump off the plan on and off as you please is both a waste of your progress and your coaches time.
